In recent years,China’s commercial banks have been constantly changing in the financial market,and the level of internal management has also been improved.The environment of the banking industry is undergoing great changes,which has brought great pressure on competition.The development and management of human resources are more important in the competition of the financial industry.The performance management is the most important in the future development strategy of the bank.Bank of Changsha has been committed to the research and optimization of performance management in the growth of enterprises,and has achieved certain results.But as the Bank continues to grow and expand,its management becomes more standardized,and higher performance management is also required.Therefore,strengthening human resources management,stimulating the potential of human resources,and forming a positive and United talent team,this is the focus of the competitive strategy selection and management of Bank of Changsha in the fierce market competition.The existing performance management system has a gap with the realization of the existing organizational strategic objectives,which cannot promote the sound and rapid development of enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to analyses the performance management of Bank of Changsha and explore its improvement measures.Based on this,this research takes the Bank of Changsha as the research object,and aims to find out the exact reform measures and put forward the constructive a dvice management strategy by analyzing the problems in human resource management and performance management of the bank.Through sorting out the theories and methods of human resource management and performance management in modern enterprises,this paper is the theoretical basis and practical basis of this study.The basic state of the research goal is understood,the problems in it are analyzed,the reasons for the problems are found and the research objectives are based on the theoretical basis and the p revious practice.Key performance management strategies are put forward to promote enterprise development.The research is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,the re levant theoretical basis,the significance of the research,the research steps and so on.The second part is mainly introduced the problem on basic situation of the performance management of Bank of Changsha,and through data analysis and field interview,the basic situation of the bank and the problems arising in the performance management are studied in depth.The third and fourth parts are the solutions to the performance management of Bank of Changsha and the implementation guarantee of the optimization scheme,and the discussion of the optimization strategy for the problems found in the second part.Finally,the analysis of this paper is made.On the basis of research significance,the enterprise environment which the performance management strategy needed to implement are integrate with related resources.
