Research On Quality Management Of C Company's Print Management System Development Project

Today's society is an information network society.With the rapid development and opportunities of the computer and software industry,the competition among software companies is extremely fierce.How to occupy a place in the fierce market competition,project quality management is particularly important.At present,domestic software companies are gradually recognizing the importance of quality management,and have introduced foreign general management models and methods.The most popular and classic ones are ISO9000 series certification system and capability maturity model integration(CMMI).Many software companies have also passed the relevant certification qualifications,but there are few implementations that can be combined with the characteristics of the enterprise and the application of the quality management system.Some enterprises believe that the introduction of foreign quality management model not only does not improve the management quality of software development projects,but also increases the cost and time of the enterprise,or that the introduced quality management system content is not applicable to domestic software companies.In fact,all kinds of ideas and ideas are not correct.A large number of successful cases prove that the ISO9000 quality system certification and CMMI model play an important guiding role in the entire software industry.In practical applications,we should appropriately tailor and integrate the theoretical knowledge according to the characteristics and needs of the enterprise,and we cannot directly transfer the theoretical knowledge.This paper introduces the software maturity model to integrate the theoretical knowledge of the quality management related process area in CMMI level2 and the tool method of project management theory,combined with the methodology of project quality management in the top ten knowledge fields of the project management knowledge system guide(PMBOK~?).C company's software development project quality management process for in-depth research and analysis.Taking the status quo of quality management in the implementation process of a print management system currently developed as a case,explore the problems in the implementation of the project.It is mainly reflected in the delays in project schedule,high defect in deliverables,low customer satisfaction and the main reasons for the problems.Through the learning of the project management knowledge system guide(PMBOK~?)content,combined with the key process areas of quality management involved in CMMI level2,appropriate cutting,and adopting effective quality management measures to explore a set of project quality suitable for C company Management system.Through the successful implementation of project quality management,the project successfully delivered on time and received high customer satisfaction,which improved the software quality management level of C company and the market competitiveness of the company.The research results of this paper fully prove that software companies can establish and implement the quality management system suitable for the enterprise based on the CMMI specification guidance,which can effectively improve the software quality management level and the enterprise's own competitiveness.However,it is necessary to combine the characteristics of the software enterprise to maximize its potential and contribute to the company's sustainable development.
