Research On Stakeholder Management In An Areo-engine Cooperative Development Project

Stakeholder management in areo-engine development project is always challenging because of the large workload,large number of participants and huge differences in stakeholder's interests.With the continuous development of aero-engine industry and improvement of core technical indicators,many companies from different countries choose to cooperate to develop a new aero-engine and synchronously promote the design and manufacturing work.This mode is widely used to improve the project schedule and reduce the project risk,but it also increased the difficulty of stakeholder management because of the introduction of multiple cooperation.Therefore,how to manage stakeholders well to help the project succeed and get good evaluation,has now become a key issue for project managers in related enterprises.The meanings,execution process,typical problems and proposed solutions,further improvement to stakeholder management of CF company in a specified aero-engine cooperative development project are discussed and researched in this paper according to the theory of stakeholder management.1.Analysis the stakeholder management in CF company,and discuss the benefits to aero-engine manufacturing companies by performing stakeholder management in aero-engine cooperative development projects.2.By analyzing the multi-level division of stakeholders involved in aero-engine cooperative development projects and the main stakeholders in aero-engine industry,the main stakeholders in such projects and their interests and needs are sorted out in detail.3.Established the stakeholder management process and steps for aero-engine cooperative development project.Introduced and analyzed the actual operation in a specified cooperative development project.The typical problems and solutions in this management process are also discussed.4.Based on the succeed and failed cases of CF company in similar projects,this paper analyses the key points of stakeholder management when participating in cooperative development projects,and puts forward some suggestions for further improvement of stakeholder management.
