Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of the information industry brought about by economic globalization,the degree of development of the software industry has gradually become an important indicator to measure China's comprehensive strength.R&D personnel are very important practitioners in the entire software industry.How to conduct scientific and reasonable performance appraisal for R&D personnel has become the core content of modern human resource management.This article takes the research and development personnel of Company A as the research object.Because the R&D personnel have special work characteristics,it is difficult for the enterprise to quantify the work results of R&D personnel.The traditional single performance appraisal method is not suitable for the work characteristics of R&D personnel.Therefore,how to optimize the existing performance appraisal indicator system and exert the incentive effect of performance appraisal has become an urgent problem for the company.The author first sorts out the relevant theories and methods of performance appraisal as the theoretical support of this paper.Then,according to the status quo of performance appraisal of company A,the main problems of performance appraisal are found out.The main problems are: first,performance appraisal The selection of indicators is unreasonable.Second,the performance appraisal lacks communication feedback;the third performance appraisal results are not ideal.Then analyze the causes of these problems and summarize the five reasons,mainly the lack of performance appraisal concepts,the performance appraisers do not have professional quality,the performance appraisal indicator system is imperfect,and there is no good communication atmosphere and business pairs.The application of performance appraisal results is not in place;finally,the solutions to the performance appraisal problems are proposed,including establishing a scientific performance concept,optimizing the current index system,creating a performance communication atmosphere,enhancing the rational use of performance appraisal results and related implementation safeguard measures.This study generally solves the main problems that A company has in the performance appraisal of R&D personnel,and also provides reference and reference for other similar companies to solve performance appraisal problems.
