The correlation between industrial spatial choice and circulation cost is a classical topic in spatial economics.Krugman has proposed a "center-periphery" model for industrial spatial agglomeration, trying to demonstrate the impact of circulation cost on industrial spatial location from both theoretical and practical perspectives. However, the real problem is that with the evolution of vertical division of labor to horizontal division of labor at the industrial level, the homogenization of inter-regional industrial structure has emerged, which leads to the lack of competitiveness of inter-regional product structure and has a certain impact on the degree of freedom of commodity trade. Therefore, the research theme of how to examine the mechanism of its impact on inter-regional circulation cost from the perspective of industrial structure is brought forward. This paper mainly considers the following questions: Firstly, how to measure the degree of industrial isomorphism and the cost of inter-provincial circulation and the current situation? Second, through what path to explore the impact mechanism of inter-regional industrial isomorphism on circulation cost? Third,is there a non-linear relationship between inter-provincial industrial isomorphism and circulation cost, and the influence of other control variables on inter-provincial circulation cost?On the theoretical level, based on the framework of the new economic geography model, this paper first demonstrates the impact mechanism of the consensual effect on the circulation cost when the degree of industrial isomorphism is low.Secondly, the paper explores the impact mechanism of non-conformity effect on circulation cost by constructing a model. On the empirical level, following Novy's(2013)improved gravity model, this paper calculates the inter-provincial circulation cost index.Because it has significant spatial correlation, and in the theoretical analysis,it is concluded that the level of industrial isomorphism has endogenous effect on circulation cost,so the SAR model with endogenous variables is used for spatial econometric empirical analysis.Through theoretical analysis and empirical test, this paper concludes that when the degree of inter provincial industrial isomorphism is low,it will promote the reduction of inter provincial circulation cost when it rises within the range of agreement;when it exceeds the range of agreement and presents non agreement, the higher the degree of industrial isomorphism has a significant impact on the increase of inter provincial commodity circulation cost, that is,when the degree of inter regional industrial isomorphism becomes higher The change of inter-provincial circulation cost shows a trend of decreasing first and then rising, showing a U-shaped relationship. Therefore,in order to reduce interregional circulation costs,it is a new perspective to adjust the industrial structure from the perspective of reducing the isomorphism of non-consensual industries. It can not only promote the rational and advanced development of industrial structure, promote the coordinated development among regions, but also reduce circulation costs, improve the return rate of enterprises and product competitiveness.
