With the rapid development of the world economy and the promotion of multiple policies,the development of Chinese companies is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.To comply with the development trend,to stand firm and advance steadily in economic development,companies need to adjust their own development strategies.The “human” factor,one of the soft powers of development,is increasingly affecting the development quality of companies The Improvement of the quality of staff requires not only their own efforts,but also the planned and efficient training of them,so that staff can continuously improve their own knowledge and skills and increase profits of the companies.Company S,a subsidiary corporation,is a Sino-foreign joint stock co.LTD,which takes the task of floor production and provide products for more than three thousand shops.In recent years,Company S has gradually realized the importance of talents in promoting the development of the company,and has also carried out several training activities,but the current training system is relatively fragmented,unstructured,and there is no special training department.Therefore,it's been the key to the company's development to optimize the staff training system.This paper takes the staff training system of company S as the research object.Based on previous scholars' research,it first discusses training-related theories,including the meaning of the training,that of training system and training-related theoretical foundations;then it briefly introduces the basic situation of human resources of company S,including staff age structure,post structure and education structure,etc.Through the questionnaire and the collected data,the current situation of the company's staff training system is analyzed.From the analysis of four modules of the staff training system(training organization management,training courses,training teachers and training implementation)and the problems between these four modules,the paper reveals unclear rights and responsibilities of training work,imperfect training management system,inadequate updating of training content,lack of hierarchy of training courses,low level of teachers,random and loose management of trainers,inadequate collection of training needs,poor communication and feedback in training,incomplete training evaluation,and insufficient transformation of evaluation results.To deal with these problems that lead to the low efficiency of training,combining with empirical investigation,this paper puts forward some measures to optimize the company's training system,including the establishment of training management team,the improvement of training organization structure,the updating of training content,the optimization of curriculum database at different levels,the selection of internal lecturers,the rational supplement of external trainers,the focus on demand analysis and the strengthening of training evaluation.It is hoped that the results of this study will improve S company's staff training system,enhance the company's training efficiency,help the company to improve it's own quality and work efficiency,so as to promote the development of the company,improve its market competitiveness,and realize the win-win situation between staff and the company.At the same time,the conclusions and suggestions of this study will also provide reference for staff training in other companies.
