Study On The Optimization Of Broker Training System In Guolian Securities Yixing Branch

With the continuous transformation of China's economy,the development of the securities industry is facing difficulties.Various securities companies are looking for new development directions and development concepts,from a single economic business to a comprehensive brokerage-oriented investment brokerage.Brokers in the securities industry are highly mobile,and the flow of brokers is likely to cause the loss of human resources and training resources.The large liquidity of brokers has caused securities companies to be reluctant to invest more in broker training,which makes it difficult for brokers to match the booming securities industry and bring challenges to securities companies in transition.This paper takes the training system of securities brokers of Guolian Securities Yixing Branch as the research object,and carries out the idea of “theoretical support—propose the problem-analyze the problem-solve the problem-guarantee measure”."Theoretical support" mainly includes the introduction and related theoretical foundations.By explaining the background,research significance,research trends at home and abroad,and the definition of related concepts,it provides theoretical support for the research of this article;"Propose the problem" to explain the agent of Guolian Securities Yixing Branch The development status of the training system,using data statistics and actual research,summed up the problems in the broker training system;"analyze the problem" to analyze the shortage of the broker training system of the Guolian Securities Yixing branch;"solving the problem" is the focus of this research According to the shortcomings in the analysis of problems,and put forward specific solutions from the perspectives of needs evaluation,featured curriculum design,internal lecturer training,training effect evaluation and feedback,and optimized and improved the training system of Guolian Securities brokers of Guolian Securities;In accordance with the effective establishment of the newly established brokerage training system of Guolian Securities Yixing Branch,the measures have provided safeguards such as system guarantee,organization guarantee,personnel guarantee and fund guarantee.Finally,the shortcomings of this research and the direction of future research are elaborated.This study,through the design and optimization of the training system of Yixing Securities Division of Guolian Securities,helps the company to solve the problem of insufficient talents in rapid development,reduces the loss of training resources of the company,and can be used as a reference for the optimization of the brokerage training system of other securities companies.
