Study On Risk Assessment Of Land Acquisition And Demolition Of New Projects In High-tech Industrial Parks

With the further development of domestic economy,the country's demand for science and technology industry has gradually increased.At the same time,the state has issued a lot of policies to support the development of high-tech industrial parks,making high-tech industrial parks everywhere blossom,which inevitably leads to some problems.High-tech industrial parks are more new landing projects,which require a large number of land resources for construction.It will lead to some problems of land acquisition and removal,which involves a complex issue of land acquisition and removal.That it is directly affecting the vital interests of the people and the social stability of the region.At present,There are lots of issues in the risk assessment of land demolition management,and there is no unified evaluation system.Based on the theory of project risk assessment and management,this paper firstly introduces the related concepts of land requisition on the high-tech industrial park.It is starting from the risk identification and assessment methods,risk assessment indicators,and the existing problems in the evaluation of indicators in land requisition and relocation.And then this paper is analyzed the high-tech industrial park.The risk characteristics of land expropriation and relocation in the region;then combined with the past project risk management experience,the risk factors of the project are summarized.AHP is used to evaluate the risk of land expropriation and relocation in high-tech industrial parks.Through accurate risk identification and importance identification,the risk assessment system of new projects in high-tech industrial parks is constructed.Finally,according to the risk characteristics of the new high-tech industrial park land acquisition,risk response methods are provided to avoid the risk of high risk coefficient,and relevant suggestions are put forward.Establishing risk assessment system for new high-tech industrial park projects can effectively identify the risks in land acquisition and relocation.Also it can take relevant measures to avoid such risks.At present,there are relatively few studies on the risk assessment of land requisition and relocation of new projects in high-tech industrial parks.Based on the investigation and study of such projects,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to identify the importance and establishes a risk assessment system for land requisition and relocation of new projects in high-tech industrial parks,which can provide reference for the development of such projects in the future.
