The in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has brought unprecedented historical opportunities for the development of commercial banks' county operations.Commercial banks have accelerated the pace of transformation and seized the“blue ocean” market in the county.As a large state-owned commercial bank,Bank A has a wide range of institutions,complete business types and strong brand influence.How to effectively improve the competitiveness of the county market is a problem that Bank A needs to consider and solve.This paper takes Heng County,one of the “Top Ten Counties” in Guangxi Province as an example,to study the competitiveness improvement strategy of Bank A ' s Heng Country Sub-branch by benchmarking its peers,benchmarking history and benchmarking market,with a view to improving the overall county market for Bank A Competitiveness provides a useful reference.This paper combines rural financial theory and market competitiveness theory to construct a competitive evaluation index system for county commercial banks.Through the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,By comparing the competitiveness of the A-line hengcounty branch with the competitiveness of other 7commercial banks,it is concluded that the Hengxian branch of A bank is in the mid-stream level in the market competition,and the actual competitiveness and potential competitiveness are insufficient.Then,analyze the main factors that restrict the improvement of competitiveness.Finally,it is proposed that the Heng Country Sub-branch of Bank A should improve its market competitiveness,and must clearly develop its development ideas and identify its business positioning.At the same time,it is necessary to increase credit support for local economic and social development in Heng County,to promote the development of deposit business with loan business;to strengthen the construction of online and offline channels,to improve the ability of visitors to stay and stay;increase the innovation and promotion of deposits,loans,intermediate businesses and “three rural” products;strengthen the support and guarantee system construction from the aspects of assessment incentives,resource allocation,talent team and risk management.
