Economic globalization is an inevitable trend of historical development.However,after the global financial crisis,the trend of counter-globalization has emerged,and the global uncertain risks facing countries are increasing.The cross-border regional cooperation led by developing countries represented by China is in the world.The economic system plays an increasingly important role.The cross-border regional cooperation led by developing countries represented by China is playing an increasingly important role in the world economic system.The “Belt and Road ” is a new strategy of China-led cross-border regional cooperation and globalization.It is a good prescription for China to counter globalization,and it will inevitably set off a comprehensive and multi-level international economic cooperation boom.The border port city bears the cross-border flow function of goods and is the core element of the “Belt and Road” strategy.The essence of the "shore-city" interactive relationship is the problem of "coordinated development of the shore city and boosting the port economy",is the key to fundamentally solving the problem of urban development along the border port,also filling the economic burden,promote regional coordinated development,Inherent requirements for achieving national macro goals.However,the research in the existing literature is still at an early stage,lack of systematic and in-depth discussion,based on this,this paper is based on the actual situation of China's border crossing ports,research on the Interactive Relationship between City and City along the Border Port,try to establish the interaction mechanism of the port city and its theory and method of time and space evolution,taking Pingxiang City of Guangxi as an empirical test analysis,further put forward the countermeasures to promote the interactive development of the coastal cities along the border ports.Based on the relevant literature,this article first clarifies the research object,the applicable boundaries of the research conclusions were determined.Then,it summarizes the related theories of the system,the application of Logistic equations,the related theories of interaction between the ports and the cities,and the internal relations between them and the cities along the border ports,in order to seek theoretical support for the later studies.On the empirical side,this paper firstly builds the urban system along the border port on the basis of system theory,and then establishes a system dynamic model describing its interaction mechanism between shore and city.Taking the Pingxiang port as an example to simulate and simulate the interaction mechanism of the shore city based on the simulation results.Then,based on the Logistic equation and the theory of interaction between the city and the city,time-space evolution model of cities along border ports was established from two angles of time and space,and verify the model with the help of Pingxiang Port,therefore,the evolution process of the border port city is divided into four periods from the perspective of time,the spatial level is divided into four stages,and elaborated its phase characteristics.Finally,based on the interaction mechanism of the coastal city along the border port and the relevant conclusions of the space-time evolution model,combined with the objective reality of China's border port cities,the corresponding improvement measures are proposed.In the consideration of "improving the level of port economic development","improving the degree of coordinated development of shore cities","improving the efficiency of the use of social and economic resources" and other countermeasures,and adhere to the principle of "adapting to local conditions and paying attention to time," and "advance and rationality",further suggestions on the four aspects of “integration of “shore area” and coordinated development of shore city are proposed.
