Under the current competitive social environment and the background of our country's national strategic goal of innovation,the importance and necessity of innovation for enterprises and individuals are increasing day by day,and also put forward higher requirements.Entrepreneurs,as the core of enterprises,play an important role in the sustainable development of enterprises,so it is imperative to pay attention to the innovation of entrepreneurs.Excellent entrepreneurs make their own enterprises have core competitiveness by virtue of their innovation advantages and take the lead in the market.However,many entrepreneurs and enterprises disappear in the long history.The reason is that they have been eliminated by reality because they have not fundamentally continued their innovative behavior.The sustainability and promotion of entrepreneurial innovation behavior is of great significance for individuals,enterprises and countries.Therefore,the study on the sustainability of entrepreneurial innovation behavior is a substantive issue that we should pay attention to.At present,the research on the antecedent and outcome variables of innovation behavior is relatively extensive,but the exploration on the influencing factors of innovation behavior sustainability from the individual level,especially from the entrepreneur as the object,is still relatively scarce.In fact,this research on innovation behavior is a good extension,and it will be a topic we must pay attention to.Considering that the characteristics of entrepreneurs and their living and working environment will have an impact on their behavior,it is more scientific to discuss their innovative behavior from the perspective of organization and individual.Therefore,this study takes the continuity of entrepreneurial innovation behavior as the starting point,from the perspective of organization(organizational environment)and individual(Proactive personality)to explore the role and influence mechanism between the three,it has certain theoretical significance and practical application value.It can not only enrich the research of entrepreneur's innovation behavior,but also provide some practical guidance and policy suggestions for the selection andtraining of high-level grassroots people from both objective and subjective aspects.Based on the study and collation of the relevant literature at home and abroad,this study combs the relationship between variables and puts forward the corresponding relationship hypothesis.The revised scale was tested and revised by pre investigation.In the formal research stage,we used the method of tracking research to obtain the relevant data through the two-stage(2018.11 and 2019.11)questionnaire survey of 192 entrepreneurs.After using SPSS24.0 and Amos24.0 to test the scale that was officially put into use again,it also analyzed the data through the level regression method to verify the hypothesis of this article one by one.First,we found that the seven demographic variables involved in the study,among which the two characteristics of education and whether they are founders,have significant differences in entrepreneurial innovation behavior,this may be because a higher academic qualification will make entrepreneurs have more professional knowledge reserves to support the maintenance of their innovative behavior,and as a founder will have a higher responsibility to promote and sustain their innovative behavior.Secondly,when testing the article hypothesis,We also got the following conclusions:(1)The first stage innovation behavior of entrepreneurs has a significant positive correlation with the second stage innovation behavior,that is,the innovation behavior of innovation individuals has sustainability;(2)The working environment of creative organization and its four sub dimensions have positive effects on the sustainability of entrepreneurial innovation behavior;(3)The proactive personality has a positive effect on the sustainability of innovation behavior;(4)Proactive personality plays a negative role in the relationship between organizational environment and the sustainability of entrepreneurial innovation behavior.This paper explores the influence mechanism of the sustainability of entrepreneurial innovation behavior from two aspects of individual and organization,which is the enrichment and extension of the research on entrepreneurial innovation behavior.It also gives enlightenment to encourage and sustain the innovation behavior of top management talents and cultivate the high-level successors ofenterprises.Through scientific hypothesis analysis and further thinking in empirical research,we put forward corresponding management suggestions and countermeasures for entrepreneurs' innovative behaviors and their continuous cultivation from the three perspectives of work itself,organizational environment and proactive personality.At the end of the article,we explained the limitations of this study.This article may have a certain impact on the results of the research due to the lack of periodic intervals and the limitations of the survey subjects.At the same time,the limitations have a deeper future The survey made a more scientific outlook and expectations.
