| Self-dependent innovation is an important strategic objective for the developmentof our country in recent years, the Twelfth Five-year Plan put forwards even moreclearly to deepen the science and technology system, and to promote efficient allocationof resources, social science and technology and comprehensive integration also requiresincreasing research institutes and high innovative power, encouraging large-scaleenterprises to increase R&D investment, stimulating SME innovation and vitality,promoting the establishment of enterprises, research institutes and universities toparticipate in the innovation Alliance, leading talents in science and technology to playan important role in technological innovation. This study proposes an individual leveland organizational level in both directions to research the researchers’ innovativebehavior, the individual level mainly is through creative personality test object toinvestigated and analyzed, the organizational level, mainly through organizationalinnovation environment that researchers on the organization create an environment thatkind of feeling and cognition to conduct research and work in this process introducesmotivational variables, trying to analyze work motivation in organizational innovationenvironment and behavior researchers exists between innovation intermediary role.Study found that the efficiency of personality creativity, team spirit, the intrinsic andextrinsic originality four dimensions innovative behavior researchers have varyingdegrees of positive influence, organizational innovation environment organization andresources to support, team support and personal autonomy three dimensions oninnovation behavior researchers all have varying degrees of positive influence,organizational barriers have reverse effect. The study also found motivation in differentdimensions of organizational innovation environment and innovative behavior amongresearchers with varying degrees of mediating effect. |
