Study On Opm Strategic Operating Capital Management Base On Value Chain Perspective

At present,Under the new economic background,some enterprises gradually use the new working capital management strategy OPM strategy to relieve the capital pressure and use external resources to complete their own operations.However,not every enterprise can use the OPM strategy to achieve scale expansion.Improper use of the OPM strategy will not only occupy the living space of upstream and downstream enterprises,and it is not conducive to improving the competitiveness of the entire value chain,but also cause the enterprise's capital chain vulnerability due to excessive dependence on suppliers and customers to obtain the funds.As the application of OPM strategy will have an impact on the liquidity and safety of working capital,which is closely related to upstream and downstream enterprises,the enterprises implementing OPM strategy should not only pay attention to the internal value chain,but also pay attention to the external value chain management,and pay attention to the upstream and downstream.At the moment,the working capital management theory based on the value chain perspective has not formed a complete system.The research on OPM strategy mainly focuses on the single factor perspective,while the single factor perspective of working capital management ignores the relationship between the enterprise and the internal and external,and departs from the business process,which is not conducive to fundamentally improving the working capital management level of the enterprise,and cannot meet the working capital management of the enterprise.Therefore,the working capital management theory based on the value chain came into being.According to the different links of working capital in the production and operation of an enterprise,through optimizing the value links within the enterprise and between upstream and downstream enterprises,on the basis of ensuring the safety and liquidity of working capital,finally stood at the height of strategy to improve the value.Based on the perspective of value chain,this paper discusses the impact and significance of OPM strategy on working capital management of domestic condiment enterprises,and studies new ideas of working capital management development.This paper mainly draws lessons from working capital management,OPM strategy,value chain management and other related theories,combines internal and external value chain,integrates financial and non-financial indicators,and then analyzes the Haitianflavor industry of the case enterprise.Firstly,the condiment industry is summarized,and the value chain structure of condiment enterprises is summarized.Secondly,the general situation of Haitian flavor enterprises and the current situation of implementing OPM strategy are analyzed.Secondly,the working capital management of Haitian flavor industry is analyzed and evaluated from two aspects of internal value chain and external value chain.When analyzing the internal value chain of Haitian flavor industry,we start from two aspects: liquidity and safety,In the analysis of the external value chain of Haitian flavor industry,the upstream supplier link is analyzed from two aspects: procurement mode and supplier relationship,and the downstream customer link is expanded from channel structure and customer concentration.Finally,the enlightenment and Suggestions of OPM strategy for management of working capital are obtained.Finally,the conclusion is as follows: the OPM strategy with low cost and high-risk features is a risk-based decision-making method in working capital management.Therefore,when implementing the OPM strategy,the enterprise does not blindly occupy the funds of upstream and downstream enterprises,but conducts a good game with upstream and downstream enterprises,considers the interests of upstream suppliers and downstream customers,so as to ensure the sustainable development of cooperation between the two sides,Standing at the height of strategy,occupying funds,speeding up turnover,consolidating channels and assisting operation are the right virtuous circle of OPM strategy.
