Study On The Impact Of Regional Economic Environment On Poverty Governance

As an important part of the implementation of the precision poverty alleviation strategy,financial poverty alleviation has an incomparable effect on national poverty alleviation.As an important part of financial development,the level of financial ecological environment plays a fundamental role in regional financial poverty alleviation.Therefore,based on the perspective of financial poverty alleviation,exploring the impact of financial ecological environment on regional poverty management can clarify the inner mechanism of the two,and identify the effect of poverty reduction,and then grasp the characteristics of regional financial poverty alleviation.This paper mainly discusses the influence of financial ecological environment on regional poverty management,on the basis of extensive reading and absorption of domestic and foreign financial ecological environment research,combined with the implementation theory,method situated by domestic financial poverty alleviation theory,method and current situation,to clarify the transmission mechanism of the influence of financial ecological environment on poverty control,and to highlight the key ideas of financial development to serve regional poverty control.Yunnan Province,which is located in the typical poverty-stricken province of the southwest frontier,is the research area,and according to the similarity and difference of the implementation of water equality according to the social and economic conditions,financial development characteristics and precision poverty alleviation in Yunnan Province,it is based on the basis of economic development,financial development status,social integrity level,social security strength,The government's capacity to actin five aspects selects the corresponding evaluation index,constructs a scientific and feasible system of financial ecological environment evaluation index,explores the development level of the financial ecological environment in Yunnan Province from the perspective of time and space difference,and then analyzes the effect of the financial ecological environment in Yunnan Province on poverty management by using the econometric model.Finally,based on the results of the study,a system of measures to improve the level of financial ecological environment development in Yunnan Province is put forward,with a view to providing useful guidance for financial poverty alleviation in Yunnan Province and a useful reference for financial poverty alleviation in similar poverty-stricken areas.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part,the financial ecological environment related theory refining,to provide theoretical support for research.The second part is the construction and method application of the index system of financial ecological environment evaluation in Yunnan Province.The third part is the analysis of the time-space difference of the evaluation results of the financial ecological environment in Yunnan Province and the empirical study of the impact on poverty control.The fourth part is the system of measures to upgrade the financial ecological environment in Yunnan Province.The results show that:(1)the impact of financial ecological environment on poverty reduction can be divided into direct impact and indirect impact.On the direct impact level,the development of financial ecological environment directly affects the financial accessibility of the poor.On the indirect impact level,the financial ecological environment affects poverty management through economic development and income distribution.(2)The evaluation results of financial ecological environment in Yunnan Province are analyzed from the space-time level.In terms of time series,the financial ecological environment of Yunnan Province has shown ups and downs on the whole,but the changes are relatively small.Except Kunming's financial ecological environment level is at a higher level,the level of other prefectures is generally lower,lower than 1,and the overall level is 0-0.5.From theperspective of spatial distribution,the level of financial ecological environment in Yunnan Province has shown a downward trend on the whole,with the exception of Kunming,which shows a distribution pattern of low center and high periphery.Regional differences are obvious.Except the provincial capital Kunming is at a high level,the common prefectures are at a primary level,and the financial ecological environment level of border prefectures is higher than that of inland prefectures.(3)The econometric model is used to analyze the impact of Yunnan's financial ecological environment on poverty control.The empirical results show that both the benchmark regression and the fixed effect model regression determined by Hausman test can find that the financial ecological environment has a positive impact on the governance of regional poverty,and the results are stable.In the benchmark regression,the coefficient of FEE is-0.048 and is significant at 10%.However,in the regression of the fixed effect model,the regression coefficient of the financial ecological environment level variable LnFEE is-0.083 and is significant at the level of 10%.Both regression methods show that the financial ecological environment level has a positive impact on the regional poverty management.At the same time,the regression results of each control variable are basically in line with the expectation,indicating that the model selection is effective.By replacing the core explanatory variables for regression,the regression results are relatively close both in coefficient size and positive and negative directions,indicating that the regression is robust and the results are reliable.
