In recent years,natural disasters,accidents and other emergencies occur frequently in China,causing heavy casualties and economic losses.After the occurrence of emergencies,disaster-stricken areas are in urgent need of a large number of emergency materials to carry out rescue work.As the last link of emergency logistics,emergency vehicle route planning is directly related to the timeliness of emergency material distribution and determines the guarantee effect of emergency logistics.At the same time,vehicle path planning is based on clear road network information,and emergencies often cause a certain degree of road damage,which makes the vehicle operation state is different from ordinary,so the emergency logistics vehicle path planning must take the actual road condition into account.Based on this,the establishment of the vehicle path optimization model considering the change of road attributes is of great significance for the selection of reasonable and reliable vehicle paths and rapid and efficient material transportation.In view of the above problems,this paper studies how to choose a vehicle path with the highest transportation efficiency in the damaged road network under the circumstance of road attribute change caused by emergencies,mainly including the following contents:(1)the research status of emergency logistics,emergency logistics vehicle path and road attributes of vehicle path at home and abroad are summarized,and the current research results and deficiencies are reviewed.The research contents,methods and technical route of this paper are proposed.(2)summarized the relevant theories of emergency logistics,including the concept,characteristics,operational objectives and research contents.The theory of optimal path is studied,including the common target,algorithm and comparison of optimal path.This paper analyzes the necessity of the highway transportation mode,the impact of the emergency on the road and the road attribute of the road planning.(3)put forward the calculation method of emergency influence coefficient,and then maximize the transportation efficiency as the goal to build a comprehensive consideration of multiple attribute in route optimization model,and respectively study the specific influence of each attribute of the optimization goal includes road impedance function,road disaster evaluation research,and build the corresponding single factor path optimization model.(4)the basic principle and mathematical model of ant colony algorithm are introduced.Based on the characteristics of the problem in this paper,the pheromone renewal strategy and the heuristic function are improved accordingly.Finally,an example is constructed to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm with ya'an earthquake as the background.The difference between the path scheme obtained by the single-factor model and the comprehensive model is compared.The influence of the change of the optimal path attribute value on the target is analyzed.
