Research On HD Bank Performance Evaluation Based On BSC

Commercial banks are the main body of modern financial market services.As a local commercial bank,urban commercial bank has always been closely related to regional economic development.But in recent years,with the opening and increasing competition of financial industry,local city commercial banks are facing great challenges.City commercial banks want to be invincible in the fierce competition,it is very important to build a reasonable and effective performance evaluation system.As a scientific evaluation method,balanced scorecard provides an important way for urban commercial banks to measure performance.Based on a comprehensive review of the relevant theories of Balanced Scorecard at home and abroad,this paper adopts the methods of investigation and analytic hierarchy process,taking HD bank as the research object,according to the strategic map,designs the performance evaluation system of HD bank from five aspects:financial dimension,customer dimension,internal process dimension,learning and growth dimension,and risk dimension,and puts forward some suggestions Discussion and countermeasures.This paper comprehensively introduces the performance evaluation status of HD bank,analyzes the current performance evaluation methods of HD bank,and points out that there are some problems in the current methods,such as the emphasis on financial indicators and the lack of attention to customer factors.According to the characteristics of the industry,this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of selecting BSC for performance evaluation.According to the strategic objectives of HD bank,the strategic map is drawn,five indicators are selected to analyze the development of the bank according to the characteristics of HD bank,with the help of AHP,five dimensions of BSC are formed,and the weight of relevant indicators is calculated in a quantitative and qualitative way,forming the BSC performance evaluation system of HD bank for each branch and sub branch.Taking f sub branch as an example,the calculation and application are carried out,and the corresponding security suggestions are put forward.
