In the era of the knowledge economy, knowledge has become a key link for organizations to maintain a competitive advantage.More and more organizations are gaining external knowledge by forming technical alliances.Although the application of technology alliances is becoming more and more common, due to the high failure rate of technology alliances, the stability of technology alliances has gradually become the focus of many domestic and foreign scholars.Existing research shows that the knowledge transfer between organizations is closely related to the stability of technology alliances;dynamic capabilities can sense the external environment, integrate and reconstruct internal and external knowledge resources, and knowledge transfer between organizations is an effective way to cultivate dynamic capabilities;some scholars have also proven knowledge Correlation between heterogeneity and league stability. Therefore, this paper constructs a theoretical model of "intermediate knowledge transfer, dynamic capabilities, and technological alliance stability—the moderating effect of knowledge heterogeneity," and tests it empirically. This research is based on a retrospective analysis of the knowledge transfer theory, dynamic capability theory, technology alliance stability theory, and knowledge heterogeneity theory.First,a questionnaire survey method was used to collect a total of281 valid questionnaires from Shanxi Technology Alliance companies, followed by software.SPSS23.0 tests the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data. After the reliability and validity test is passed, the data is subjected to a confirmatory factor analysis to verify whether the dimensions of the scale are reasonable. Finally,a structure based on the maximum likelihood estimation method is used. The equation modeling software Amos 25.0 tests the knowledge transfer between organizations---dynamic capabilities---the goodness of fit of the technical alliance stability model, and uses the cross-product term mentioned by Wen Zhonglin to test the regulatory effect of the heterogeneity of the aforementioned model. The empirical results show that:(1)the knowledge transfer between organizations directly affects the stability of technology alliances, and also affects the stability of technology alliances indirectly through dynamic variables(sensing ability, integration ability, and reconfiguration ability);2)Knowledge transfer between organizations has positive effects on different dimensions of dynamic capabilities;(3)Perceived ability, integration ability, and reconstruction ability have a significant positive effect on the stability of the technology alliance;(4)Knowledge heterogeneity positively regulates integration capabilities,Promoting relationship between restructuring ability and stability of technology alliance.According to the conclusions summarized above, this text makes a few suggestions for strengthening the stability of the technology alliance: first, attach importance to the knowledge transfer between organizations and establish an inter-organizational communication mechanism;second, focus on the construction of dynamic capabilities and establish a perfect inter-organizational Knowledge transfer mechanism;third,Pay attention to the heterogeneity of alliance knowledge...
