Since the beginning of this century,low-carbon issues have been gradually mentioned by many experts and scholars.In recent years,with the popularization of ecological civilization,low-carbon development is in the ascendant.From the perspective of its research direction and achievements,it mainly focuses on urbanization and industrialization,while the research on low-carbon development in agricultural and rural areas is slightly weak.China is a large agricultural country with thousands of years of agricultural civilization.Agricultural development has been in the forefront of the world for a long time.In the process of developing modern agriculture,the theoretical exploration and practical guidance of low-carbon agriculture in China is still in the early stage compared with the developed countries,which fails to adapt to China's economic growth and social progress.Therefore,it is urgent to accelerate the research on low-carbon agriculture.As a major agricultural province,various basic production conditions and realistic economic conditions also show that there is great potential for the development of low-carbon agriculture in Shanxi Province.Accelerating the development of low-carbon agriculture in this region will help to cope with climate change,establish the industrial mode of resource-based economic transformation and the implementation of rural strategy.Based on the theoretical research of low-carbon agriculture and the analysis of the current situation of Shanxi Province,according to the construction principles of the evaluation index system,this paper constructs an evaluation system composed of 31 sub indexes,including the level of agricultural economic development,the level of rural social development,the level of agricultural carbon emission development and the level of rural ecological environment development The calculation results show that the development level indexes of A,B and D are basically the same,and the change rate is small;the change trend of C and the overall development level indexes are basically the same,and the change value and change rate are large,which are the main factors affecting the change of the overall development level;the change of the overall development level indexes The growth rate reached 31.07%.Then,the gray prediction model is used to predict the development level index of low-carbon agriculture in the next 10 years.The calculation results show that the development level index in the next five years is increasing year by year.The results show that the changes of agricultural,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery labor resources,agricultural fertilizer application discount,total planting area and pesticide use are the same as the changes of development level index The correlation is relatively high,and the change in recent years shows a downward trend.The change trend of the total power of agricultural machinery is different from the other four input indicators,and the correlation degree drops to the lowest in 2018.The change of the total power of machinery will not significantly affect the overall development level of low-carbon agriculture,and the relevant reasons are analyzed.At last,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the four directions of policy system,technical guarantee,industrial system and publicity and education,in order to provide some ideas for the realization of Rural Revitalization and low-carbon agricultural development in Shanxi Province.
