Research On Optimization Of Business Model Of Xiangtan A Company

Equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic industry that provides technical equipment for various sectors of the national economy.With the development of global economic integration,the equipment manufacturing industry has the characteristics of high correlation degree,strong ability to create employment environment and intensive distribution of technology and capital,which is a concentrated expression of the country's comprehensive strength and socio-economic development.Since the reform and opening up,after for more than a decade development,China's equipment manufacturing industry has begun to see scale and has formed a manufacturing system with a certain level of technology,which is one of the pillar industries in the national economy.Although China has formed an equipment manufacturing system,the large-scale enterprises in the relevant industries are large and not strong,lack of independent innovation capability in technology research and development,production and manufacturing level falling behind the level of foreign countries,high energy consumption and low output,and low-end production lines are repeatedly constructed and autonomous,separation of independent innovation products from market demand and difficulty of popularization and application are prominent.However,in the equipment manufacturing system of our country,SMEs not only account for the vast majority of the market,but also are distributed in the upstream of the industrial chain or in the field of raw material basic components.The development of the equipment manufacturing SMEs determines the upper limit of the whole equipment industry chain development.This paper takes Xiangtan City A Company as an example,and represents the small and medium-sized enterprises in the equipment manufacturing industry as the research object.It briefly analyzes the business model of Company A,and on this basis,proposes the business model optimization design ideas.This thesis firstly expounds the background and significance of the research and the research status of business models at home and abroad,and determines its research direction and methods.Afterwards,the related concepts of the subject were defined.On this basis,information was collected and summarized on the development of the CNC machine tool industry in the equipment manufacturing industry.Then,with the company A of Xiangtan City as the representative of the industry SMEs,deeply analyze the key business,customer relationship,important cooperation,revenue structure,and key resources of A company's business model elements.Through Michael Porter's Five-Force Analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Company A in the market competition,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Company A's business model optimization transformation,and provide solutions for business model transformation and upgrading.Finally,in order to successfully implement the business model optimization design plan,this paper also put forward some safeguard opinions.
