An Empirical Study On The Relationship Among Driving Force,Supply Chain Social Responsibility And Performance

The concept of sustainable development rises like a new star in the field of management.Economy,environment and society,as the three important dimensions,have also received extensive attention.However,throughout the research of scholars at home and abroad,the attention to the economic and environmental dimensions far exceeds the social dimensions.At present,most researches on social responsibility still focus on the precursor factors and behavioral results of a single enterprise.Nowadays,the market competition is more and more fierce,and it is difficult for a single enterprise to be independent in the changeable market.Therefore,the competition at the level of supply chain has replaced the competition among enterprises and become the main body of market competition,and the research on corporate social responsibility should shift its attention to the level of supply chain,which is the inevitable requirement of supply chain competition,and is the inevitable requirement of today's social development and expectation..The new idea of supply chain social responsibility was introduced into China late.The domestic scholars' research on this field is still in the preliminary stage,and most of their research focuses on qualitative theoretical analysis,while empirical analysis data are relatively scarce.This paper intends to provide empirical data for the research in the field of supply chain social responsibility,and provide reference for the operation practice of enterprises.In this paper,through the study of related theories,the study of literature in related fields at home and abroad,we master the current research status of supply chain social responsibility,on this basis,we build a theoretical model,put forward research hypotheses,and use structural equation model to test the hypotheses and get the research results.On this basis,the paper puts forward suggestions for the actual operation of government and enterprises.It is found that external driving force has a positive impact on internal driving force;internal driving force and external driving force both have a positive impact on supply chain social responsibility,in which external driving force can have a positive impact on supply chain social responsibility directly or indirectly through internal driving force,and the direct effect is far greater than the indirect effect;The internal driving force can have a direct positive impact on the supply chain performance,or it can have an indirect positive impact on the supply chain performance through the supply chain social responsibility,and the direct effect is far greater than the indirect effect;the external driving force can have a direct positive impact on the supply chain performance,or it can also have a positive impact on the supply chain performance through the internal driving force,the supply chain social responsibility or the "internal driving force supply chain" The three intermediary paths of social responsibility have indirect positive impact on the performance of supply chain.Of the three intermediary paths,the two paths through internal driving force and through social responsibility of supply chain have a greater impact,the three paths through internal driving force-social responsibility of supply chain have a smaller impact,and the total indirect impact of the three indirect paths is greater than the direct impact;social responsibility of supply chain At the same time,it has a positive impact on supply chain performance.
