The Kyrgyz Republic is a landlocked country in Central Asia.It is connected with Kazakhstan in the north,Uzbekistan in the west,Tajikistan in the southwest and China in the East.Bishkek is the capital and largest city of Kyrgyzstan.According to statistics,there are 144 milk processing enterprises legal entities and more than 300 private entrepreneurs engaged in milk processing in Kyrgyzstan’s dairy industry.Industrial milk processing is concentrated in Chui Valley,with about 15 enterprises equipped with high-tech equipment and meeting the requirements of health services(Kazakhstan will be included in the list of exporters for successful inspection of veterinary services).According to the design capacity of industrial enterprises,the average daily estimated demand for industrial processed milk is 1670 tons.The dairy industry has great export potential,with Kazakhstan and Russia as the main exporters.Based on Kyrgyzstan’s huge export potential,the quality requirements for dairy products are very high,and the most direct factor affecting dairy products is the quality of raw materials supplied by its suppliers.Therefore,this study mainly focuses on the Kyrgyz dairy enterprises and their suppliers.Through the design of corresponding questionnaires for distribution and recovery,and the combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it is concluded that the comprehensive evaluation of Kyrgyz dairy enterprises’ suppliers is general,and their financial ability and operation are general Capacity,production flexibility,storage capacity and quality management need to be further improved and improved.Meanwhile,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are provided for these problems.
