As a core production green dairy products, quality control in the whole process of the green dairy products production enterprise level become the foundation of the green dairy products quality safety, is practical and effective measures to solve the problem of green dairy products quality and safety.W dairy company in our country has a higher visibility of the dairy products production enterprise, has a large-scale green dairy products production capacity, its green dairy products has formed a certain visibility and reputation brand, but it still has many problems in the whole process quality control, research on W dairy company whole green dairy products quality control, to improve the enterprise green dairy products quality and competitiveness, is of great significance to promote the development of green dairy industry.This paper first introduces the related concept of green dairy products quality control, and further expounds the quality of supply chain management theory, the basic content of information asymmetry theory and the theory of corporate social responsibility.
