The Selection And Evaluation Of Green Supplier Based On Factor Analysis

After China's accession to the WTO,the economy has developed rapidly and it has maintained a high rate of economic growth.But the stamina of development face severe challenges:On the one hand,the international economic situation is constantly changing,and many enterprises in China are restricted by international green barriers,forcing enterprises to improve the green production standard of products;On the other hand,while enjoying great economic development achievements,people are also aware that our country's environment and resources are becoming more and more serious.While China's economy is growing at a high speed,the ecological environment and natural resources have been seriously damaged,and the contradiction between social economic development and resource environment has become increasingly prominent.In the context of people's urgent need for environmental protection and healthy living,many enterprises in China have realized the necessity and importance of green health and low carbon environmental protection for the survival and development of enterprises.On the basis of reviewing the supply chain management and green supplier selection at home and abroad,the related concepts of green supply chain are sorted out,the content of green supply chain management and its conceptual model are expounded;the concept and status of green supplier selection research under green supply chain management are studied in detail.The establishment principle of selecting evaluation index system for green suppliers is clarified,which lays a theoretical foundation for selecting evaluation indexes of green suppliers and further research.Through the analysis of questionnaire data through the combination of factor analysis and TOPSIS method,a green supplier selection evaluation system was constructed,and the weight of each index in the overall evaluation selection was calculated.Finally,the feasibility of the method is proved by the analysis of YC enterprise.As an important part of enterprise supply chain management,supplier selection is an important prerequisite for enterprises to maintain daily operation and sustainable development,which plays a vital role in the survival and development of enterprises.The research of this paper can not only improve the standard and method of green supplier selection,but also provide some theoretical reference value for the selection of green suppliers.Choosing green suppliers can help enterprises to effectively control the cost of environmental governance and resource depletion,and improve corporate profit margins;It can also improve the customer's satisfaction with products and services,bring good reputation and reputation of enterprises,and enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises.Therefore,from a practical point of view,this study will help companies to scientifically and reasonably select suppliers with green qualifications,optimize green supply chain management,achieve resource sharing,share risks and create a win-win situation.
