As an important part of modern human resource management,performance management has been widely used in enterprise internal management.Through effective planning,implementation,assessment and application,we can fully grasp the target implementation of the enterprise,mobilize the enthusiasm of departments and employees,achieve the best use of people and things,improve management efficiency,save management costs,and finally achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise.At the beginning of its establishment,Hohhot Branch of A Bank actively introduced performance management,however it waste a lot of time and resources because managers do not pay enough attention to the performance management and the research on the performance management process is not enough.How to make more effective use of performance management to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and improve production efficiency needs to be solved.This paper analyzes the current situation of performance management in Hohhot Branch of A Bank by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and case study,aiming at the problems in the process of performance planning,such as insufficient refinement of indicators,low participation of employees,single monitoring means in the process of performance monitoring and guidance,inadequate guidance,short cycle of performance assessment and assessment methods Single,performance appraisal result feedback and application link feedback mechanism is not perfect,result application is insufficient and other problems,combined with bank A Hohhot Branch performance management objectives and internal and external factors,from the four aspects of the performance management process to optimize research,help bank A Hohhot Branch to improve performance management,so as to further play the positive role of performance management and better adjust motivate the enthusiasm of bank staff,improve the efficiency of bank management,and adapt to the needs of bank operation and development.
