Research On The Impact Of Innovation Methods On Corporate Performance From The Perspective Of Strategic Flexibility

With the popularization and application of Internet information technology and the emergence of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,blockchain and 3D technology,enterprises are faced with more complex and diverse external environments.Enterprises should not only compete with competitors,but also cope with the dynamic and changeable market environment.Under such internal and external environmental factors,how to survive better and develop healthily has become a realistic problem faced by enterprises.Strategic flexibility and innovation,as the ability and important driving factors to promote the healthy development of enterprises,have always been valued by enterprises and are becoming more and more important at present.Strategic flexibility,as a characteristic and capability of an enterprise,refers to that an enterprise actively ADAPTS to changes,makes use of changes and creates changes in a dynamic environment to achieve its goals and strategies more effectively.It is more reflected in the adaptability,innovation,sustainability and adjustability of the enterprise.As a lasting topic,innovation has been advocated and valued by our government.At the same time,it is also the source of the sustainable development of enterprises.An enterprise may fail to innovate,but a successful enterprise is definitely an innovative enterprise.In the academic circle,the research on the relationship between strategic flexibility and enterprise performance,innovation mode and enterprise performance has always been the focus of research.However,there are only a few articles that study the three together with vertical single case analysis.This paper takes suning tesco,a famous new retail enterprise in China,as the case study object,and from the perspective of strategic flexibility(resource flexibility and coordination flexibility),deeply discusses the impact of different innovation ways on enterprise performance in different development stages.Through the case study of suning tesco,it is found that suning can be briefly divided into three stages from its establishment to now,namely the establishment stage,the survival and development stage and the expansion and maturity stage,and has different ways of innovation in different stages.Suning acted on enterprise performance through different innovative ways in each stage of enterprise development and finally got the improvement of enterprise performance.Suning has realized the benign transformation of "innovation mode-enterprise performance" in the process of development,which is worthy of other enterprises' reference and learning.The study finally found that from the perspective of strategic flexibility,enterprises in different stages of development through the combination of innovation plays a crucial role in the improvement of enterprise performance,and there is a supporting role between different strategic flexibility.The research findings of this paper enrich the relevant theoretical system of strategic flexibility,innovative ways and enterprise performance,and have important reference value for the smooth implementation of performance improvement of traditional Chinese enterprises.
