In the current information era of the knowledge economy, culture, personnel and strategy, and other non-financial factors affecting enterprises have increasingly become the driving force of future performance, competition intensifies the need for enterprises to strengthen their strategic management capacity-building. In such circumstances, a pressing need to assist in the organization of enterprise communication, and implementation strategies for measuring tool.
