With the acceleration of the global economic integration process,the market system with state-owned enterprises as economic entities has gradually evolved into a customer-oriented market competition system in the current domestic and international market economy after a long period of rapid development.As a pioneer in China's audio industry,Hushan Audio is known as the "Voice of China";however,Hushan Audio also needs a large organization to manage all aspects of customer marketing,especially in terms of large customer marketing.Repeated customer communication has a negative impact on customers,and there are many problems in the key account management departments of various regional offices,such as the difficulty in controlling cost management of key account marketing.Under this background,the author combined the actual situation of Hushan Audio Company's major customer marketing,combined the research method,literature induction method,and case analysis method to combine project management theory with marketing knowledge,and proposed Hushan Audio Company's key customer marketing project management.Research,with a view to using modern tools such as WBS,PROJECT software for project management to explore related issues of major customer marketing projects;and try to combine project management knowledge with Hushan Audio's key customer marketing to design Hushan Audio's key customer marketing project management Plan to further improve the marketing management level of key customers of Hushan Audio Company.The full text is divided into six chapters to carry out research and discussion on Hushan Audio's key account marketing project management.Based on the market background and real situation of Hushan Audio's key account marketing activities,the thesis uses the combination of key account marketing theory and project management theory.Method,from the aspects of marketing management mode,organizational structure,and implementation process,objectively analyze the current status and existing problems of Hushan Audio's major customer marketing management,and put forward the feasibility of implementing the project management work mode.Then,based on the ideas of the five process management groups of the project management,the specific scheme of Hushan Audio's major customer marketing project management was designed;and it was applied and tried in the practical case of the C major customer's audio-visual audio system marketing project.Finally,through the effect evaluation analysis,the implementation of Hushan Audio's key account marketing project management work mode can not only improve work efficiency and effectiveness,but also improve key account marketing project service levels and customer satisfaction.According to the 80 / 20 principle,the company pays close attention to the key customer market,integrates resources,implements refined management,devotes itself to building an elite team,and introduces the modern project management mode into the key customer marketing management activities,which can further improve the key customer marketing management level of the elite team,and then enhance the strategic cooperation between the company and the key customers,highlighting the key customer business of the company team Marketing work is systematic,professional and scientific.Generally speaking,the analysis and project management scheme design of Hushan sound company's key customer marketing not only helps the company to emancipate the mind and innovate management,but also provides valuable reference for the company to carry out similar marketing project activities in the future.
