With the continuous popularization of the Internet and the expansion of the scale of e-commerce market,the third-party payment market has achieved a rapid development,and has increasingly become an important part of China's payment market.However,compared with developed countries such as Europe and the United States,the development time of the third-party payment market in China is still relatively short,and the introduction of relevant laws and regulations still lags behind the development of the third-party payment market,which makes the disadvantages of the development of the third-party payment market constantly exposed,and the financial risks accelerate to accumulate.In order to regulating the development environment of market,promote the healthy and orderly development of third-party payment,and prevent and resolve financial risks.Since 2016,a series of policies and measures for the supervision of the third-party payment market have been issued intensively,and the supervision efforts have been increasing,and the market competition has become increasingly fierce.How to successfully breakthrough in the increasingly competitive third-party payment market has become an important issue to be solved by the management of the current third-party payment companies.Under this context,this paper takes X payment company as the research object.Firstly,conducting a systematic review and in-depth analysis of the company's development status and challenges;secondly,using PEST,SWOT and other strategic analysis tools to diagnose and identify the internal and external environment of the company's development and the advantages and disadvantages it facing.Basing on this,the future development strategy of X Payment Company is formulated to provide decision-making reference for solving the current development dilemma and successfully achieving breakthrough in the increasingly competitive third-party payment market.The main research contents of this paper include: Firstly,review the research literature related to the third party payment,and on this basis,explain the related concepts and contents of the third party payment and development strategy,so as to provide theoretical basis and theoretical reference for the later research;Secondly,based on the analysis of the current situation and challenges of the company,this paper analyzes the development environment of the company from three levels: macro level,industry level and company level;Finally,basing on the above research conclusions,this paper analyzes the development strategy of the company from the aspects of strategic objectives,strategic choice and strategic guarantee.The conclusions of this article not only have important practical guiding value for the development of X payment companies,but also provide reference for the innovation development of companies in the same industry and related industries.
