Research method applied corporate strategy formulation and selective theory to practical research on marketing strategy of Z Company. Through growth-oriented strategy and related theory of strategy implementation, the paper formulated implementation measure of Z Company’s growth-oriented development strategy. Research thought is from whole to part, transmitting into layers. The paper, proceeding with the core of development section that impacts development of Z Company, carried out comprehensive analysis on Z Company’s marketing and formulated the development strategy that adapts to development of Z Company.
