Study On Organizational Culture Construction Of XA Geological Survey Center

Culture is the blood of a nation,the spiritual home of the people and the Spiritual Banner of political parties.The historical pace of human civilization fully shows that without the active guidance of culture,the great enrichment of people's spiritual world,and the full play of the whole nation's spiritual power,a country and a nation can not stand in the world's national forest for a long time.Organizational culture is an important source of group cohesion and creativity,an important factor of comprehensive competitiveness,and a powerful force to promote the development of an organization.At present,the basic positioning of China's geological industry has changed greatly,and the service direction,guiding theory and development power of geological work have changed greatly.Geological units are actively promoting the transformation and upgrading,and organizational culture construction has been paid more and more attention in the geological industry.Through the study of literature and field investigation,it is known that most geological units have long relied on traditional ideological and political work means for organizational culture construction,and it is difficult to find common scientific system.Therefore,the organizational culture construction of geological units needs to be studied and strengthened to provide guarantee and support for transformation and upgrading.This paper mainly takes XA Geological Survey Center,a public geological unit with scientific research background,as the research object,and studies and analyzes the organizational culture construction of XA geological survey center by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,comparative study and interview.This paper analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of its organizational culture from the four levels of material culture,behavior culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture.Using the competitive cultural value model,it analyzes the types of organizational culture,and puts forward the organizational culture construction path of XA Geological Survey Center in combination with the characteristics of the geological industry and the actual situation of the unit.Through analysis,the organizational culture types of XA geological survey center include: the highest orientation of people-oriented support,the weak orientation of flexible innovation,and the balanced orientation of standard control and target performance.There are many excellent cultural deposits in the organizational culture of the unit,but these deposits have not been summarized and sorted out at the academic level,lack of comprehensive carding,lack of scientificity and integrity in the structure and framework of the organizationalculture,thus unable to play the role of promoting the organizational culture,affecting the development and progress of the unit.Combined with the analysis results,based on the characteristics of geological culture and geological industry culture,this paper puts forward a systematic organizational culture construction path including guiding ideology,overall goal and four levels of material,behavior,system and spiritual culture.This paper takes the organizational culture construction of XA geological survey center as an example to analyze and study it,deepen the understanding and understanding of the relevant theories of organizational culture,strengthen the role of theoretical guidance,provide theoretical support and important reference path for the future organizational culture construction of the unit,and at the same time,develop organizational culture and study geological culture for all sectors of society,especially geological industry units Provide reference and reference.
