At present,China's economy has entered a transition development period,and the traditional development model which is driven by factor input and regionally unbalanced is gradually replaced by the development model which is driven by innovation and coordinated in regions.Adjusting the industrial structure and climbing in the global value chain has become important parts of economic transformation and development,and promoting green,coordinated and sustainable development of regional economies has become one of the important objectives of economic development in the new era.As an important spatial scales in research of regional growth,based on the view of provincial perspective of factor endowment and technological progress to research dynamic evolution law of provincial economic development is of great significance in the analysis of health degree of the regional economic development of our country as well as to adjust regional economic development strategy,to narrow the gap in regional economy,and to promote green,harmonious and sustainable economic development.With the help of comparative advantage theory,biased technical progress theory and coupling coordination theory,this paper analyzes the coupling coordination of factor endowment,technological progress and economic growth in Chinese provinces based on panel data of 29 provinces from 1998 to 2017.Based on related basic theory and the analysis of mechanism of factor endowment and technological progress and economic growth,this paper puts forward the following hypothesis:(1)the Chinese provincial regional factor endowments,technology progress and economic growth relationship exists between certain coupling coordination and the intensity of the relationship gradually increase along with the economic level of ascension;(2)there are some differences in the spatial distribution and development trend of the coupling coordination of factor endowment,technological progress and economic growth in provinces.This paper findsthat :(1)the intensity of coupling coordination of factor endowment,technological progress and economic growth and regional economic development level of China's provinces show a relatively high degree of correspondence.Regions with a high level of economic development have high degree of coupling coordination,while regions with a relatively low level of economic development have relatively low degree of coupling coordination.At the same time,with the developmeng of economic,the coupling coordination degree is also gradually enhanced.(2)there are significant spatial and temporal differences in the coupling coordination of factor endowment,technological progress and economic growth in China.In terms of space,there is a significant difference between east and west,and the overall performance of coupling coordination in space is characterized by the cascade descending from east to west.In terms of the changing trend,the coupling coordination relationship gradually develops from low order to high order.(3)the coupling coordination has significant high and low value clustering in space,and formed series of hot and cold points.Hot spots are mainly concentrated in the eastern China,while cold spots are mainly concentrated in the northwest.The number of hot spots is more than the number of cold spots,and the number of hot spots is increasing,while the number of cold spots is fluctuating.The research shows that the adjustment of technology structure caused by the technological progress in our province is gradually realizing the coordinated development with the regional factor endowment structure.This paper argues that,in the process of the regional coordinated development,strategy should be combined with regional adjust measures to local conditions of factor endowments to choose suitable technical progress direction,and to build technical structure which could maximize the local comparative advantages of factor endowments,and to exert comparative advantage promotes regional economic endogenous growth,and further to narrow the gap between regional economy and promote realizing high quality and economic development.This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,whichexplains the research background,significance,objective,content method and technical route of this paper.The second chapter is the literature review and the theoretical basis,which combing the theory and empirical research of economic growth factors and the factor endowment,technological progress and economic growth of the coupling coordination relationship,further to explain the important concepts and theoretical basis of the paper.The third chapter is the mechanism and the research hypothesis,which explains three aspects of factor endowments,technology progress and economic growth :the impact of factor endowment on technological progress,and the suitability technology progress and the comparative advantage,and the influence of factor endowment and technological advances to economic growth respectively,and further to put forward the research hypothesis in this paper.The fourth chapter is the model construction and explanation,which explains the system evaluation index construction,the coupling coordination degree model and the hot spot analysis model selected in this paper.The fifth chapter is empirical analysis,making an empirical analysis on the coupling and coordination of factor endowment,technological progress and economic growth in China's provinces based on the panel data of 29 provinces in China from 1999 to 2017.Chapter six is the main conclusion and reflection.
