As China's urbanization continues to advance,people's living standards,consumer demand and quality keep improving as well as the rapid development of Internet of things,sensors and other technologies in recent years,China's smart home market has enjoyed a prosperous development driven by those factors.As a branch of various smart home products,the intelligence of “balcony home appliances” is constantly emerging,the demand for intelligent clothes hangers is increasing rapidly and the market share is continuously expanding.The huge market share has attracted many companies to enter the intelligent clothes hanger industry.Faced with increasingly fierce competition,H Company's competitive advantage in the intelligent clothes hanger market is becoming less outstanding and the sales growth rate keeps declining.This thesis studies the marketing strategy of H Company in the intelligent clothes hanger market,aiming to provide references for the marketing activities of H Company and the enterprises in the same industry.This thesis first describes the marketing status and existing problems of H Company in the intelligent clothes hanger market.Secondly,it analyzes the market demand,development prospects,market competition environment and consumption characteristics of the intelligent clothes hanger industry,and again uses the method of questionnaire analysis to learn the factors that influence consumers' purchasing behavior in the intelligent clothes hanger market and learn consumers' acceptance of marketing strategy formulated by H Company.Finally,using the information described in the previous chapters and combining the marketing knowledge learned,the author carries out market segmentation,selection and positioning analysis of H Company in the intelligent clothes hanger market,and put forward suggestions for optimizing and improving the marketing strategy of H Company from the aspects of products,pricing,places,promotion and services.Research of this thesis is expected to improve marketing strategy of H Company in intelligent clothes hanger market,enhance the company's market competitiveness in the industry and achieve profit goals better.Moreover,the author also hopes this thesis can provide a reference for intelligent clothes hanger companies to develop and optimize their marketing strategies.
