Research On The Influence Of China's Foreign Trade On The Efficiency Of Green Economy

Since the reform and opening up,Although China's economy has maintained a medium-to-high growth rate,at the same time it has paid a heavy price for the environment and energy resources.The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China proposed to adhere to the basic state policy of resource conservation and environmental protection,and the focus has shifted from simple economic growth to green economic development.This paper focuses on the impact of China's foreign trade on the efficiency of China's green economy and empirically tests the impact using inter-provincial panel data.The measurement method of economic efficiency has been continuously improved.It has changed from parametric method to non-parametric method,from the macro method to the middle and micro method,and started to consider the influence of non-expected output in the process of economic growth.The introduction of non-expected output in the process of measurement has become the mainstream method of efficiency measurement.So finally in this paper,the super efficiency DEA method was used to construct the green economic growth,to effectively deal with the unexpected output,measured over 30 provinces from 2008 to 2017 decade of green economic efficiency,analysis,it is concluded that China's green economy efficiency slow rise steady in recent years,but the value is small,at the same time,according to the region will be 30 provinces are divided into eastern,central and western three areas were analyzed,and the east green economic efficiency is significantly higher than other regions,the western region.In the empirical part,the unit root test,co-integration test and error correction model based on panel data are used for empirical analysis.Theoretically,competition effect,technology spillover effect,knowledge spillover effect and economies of scale effect of foreign trade have positive effects on economic growth,and there are also "environmental pollution sanctuary" hypothesis and "pollution paradise" hypothesis.From the result,for the whole country,foreign trade has a long-term positive impact on the efficiency of green economy.However,the short-term negative effect indicates that China's international trade does have a "pollution paradise" effect in the short term.The eastern and central regions of the country seem to have started to improve the efficiency of green economy,especially the eastern regions,but thepositive impact of foreign trade on green economic growth still lags behind.The situation in western China is worrying.The empirical results show that both the long-term and short-term foreign trade in western China have negative regression coefficients on the efficiency of green economy.Once the ecological and environmental damage,it is difficult to recover,recovery time and labor costs are huge,energy is a wanton waste can not be recovered.Therefore,the government should continue to encourage the development of green economy.Finally,this paper proposes countermeasures and Suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of green economy and environmental problems.
