Research On Servitization Of Manufacturing Industry In Western China From The Perspective Of Technological Innovation

At this stage,China is at a high speed of economic development.As an important industry in China's economic development,the successful transformation and upgrading of manufacturing is conducive to the healthy and orderly development of China's economy.Meantime,that is the main direction.In the process of China's transition to a manufacturing power,manufacturing service has occupied an important position.It can promote the integration of regional resources,coordinate the development of internal factors in the region,increase the technological innovation capacity of enterprises,and thereby promote the industrial upgrading of manufacturing.While the western region is an important part of China's strategic development,the transformation and development of manufacturing in the western region is particularly important.The thesis first sorts out the related research results of manufacturing service-oriented from the perspective of technological innovation,including the meaning and mode of manufacturing service-oriented,the relationship between manufacturing and technological innovation.At the same time,the division of labor theory,value chain theory,industrial agglomeration and industrial fusion theory are introduced as the theoretical basis for analyzing manufacturing service.On this basis,the input-output table is used to analyze the development status of servitization of manufacturing industry in western China,and the problems of manufacturing service in western China are revealed from the perspective of technological innovation.Secondly,based on the perspective of technological innovation,analyze the impact of manufacturing service on manufacturing efficiency.Use labor capital and technological development level to describe manufacturing technological innovation.The main research idea is to analyze servitization of manufacturing industry andmanufacturing technology in the western region.The coupling coordination degree between innovation and manufacturing labor productivity,through the calculation of coupling coordination degree,analyzes the impact of labor factors and technological factors on the upgrading of manufacturing industry in the western region from the perspective of technological innovation in different regions of the western region.On this basis,the relevant conclusions for improving the manufacturing service in the western region were drawn:(1)from the overall view of the western region,the coordination between manufacturing service and manufacturing productivity has increased year by year;(2)from the perspective of eleven provinces,Sichuan,Shaanxi and Chongqing have higher coupling coordination values;(3)Sub-regional analysis shows that the coupling coordination degree of manufacturing service in northwest China and other indicators is higher than that in southwest China.Finally,from the perspective of technological innovation,the way to improve the manufacturing service in the western region and the policy suggestions to promote the manufacturing industry transformation in the western region by improving the manufacturing service level.The thesis' s research on the manufacturing service in the western region has certain significance for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.The specific performance of the manufacturing service in the whole region is analyzed from one region,and it has reference value for other regions.
