Research On The Actual Effect Of Supporting Policies On Solving The Financial Constraint Of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives

As a new type of agricultural business entity,farmers' specialized cooperatives have played an important role in promoting the improvement of the quality and efficiency of China's agriculture and raising farmers' income level.However,the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives also faces some difficulties,and financial constraint is one of the main problems hindering the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives.Based on the special background that Shandong is a major agricultural province,taking the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Heze as the research object,this paper analyzes the current financial constraint situation faced by farmers' specialized cooperatives,adopts the empirical analysis to analyzes the effectiveness of various supporting policies in solving the financial constraints of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Heze city.Through analysis,this paper finds that different supporting policies have different effects on solving the financial constraint of farmers' specialized cooperatives.Among them,financial support policies play the weakest role,general support policies play a limited role,and encouraging support policies with the targeted policies caused by them play the most significant role.At the same time,there are some problems in the implementation of supporting policies,such as insufficient financial support,single financial products,and cooperative leaders have a low awareness of policy.On this basis,this paper proposes to improve the effectiveness of supporting policies by means of increasing financial support,strengthening policy publicity,expanding the coverage of inclusive finance and innovating credit products,so as to solve the financial constraint dilemma faced by farmers' specialized cooperatives.
