Organizational Foresight,Strategic Focus And Exploratory Innovation

With the progress and development of technology,knowledge and network,enterprises are also facing the pressure of reform and innovation.On the one hand,they need to constantly transform existing knowledge,and on the other hand,they must carry out innovation activities to explore new knowledge and new technology.The development of exploratory innovation activities in enterprises needs the support of strategic elements to a great extent.This study focused on the sustainable development of the xi’an science and technology enterprises,explore organization foresee and its dimensions(i.e.,environmental scanning,strategy analysis and integration ability)exploratory innovation,organization foresee how to directly affect the enterprise and their dimensions of how to use strategic focus(financial guidance and breakthrough direction)to improve the exploratory innovation level of enterprises and tax policy support to directly affect the enterprise exploratory innovation and how to adjust the strategic focus on the role of the exploratory innovation relations,the tax policy support how to directly affect the enterprise strategic focus and how to adjust the relationship between the function of strategic focus.On the basis of literature review and literature review,combined with the practical problems of science and technology enterprises in xi’an city,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of this study and constructs the relevant conceptual model.Through the investigation of enterprises of different nature,scale and industry in xi’an and the design and analysis of questionnaires for research questions,a total of 175 questionnaires were collected,among which 160 were valid.Descriptive statistical correlation data analysis of strategy,Pearson correlation data analysis,factor analysis,reliability and validity statistical analysis and multivariate regression correlation data analysis were used to comprehensively analyze the collected data of formal pre-test questionnaire,so as to test the path of the predictive hypothesis in the strategy model.The test results show that the three dimensions of organizational foresight have a positive impact on the exploratory innovation of enterprises.Both financial orientation and breakthrough orientation have a positive impact on the exploratory innovation of enterprises.Financial orientation and breakthrough orientation play a part in mediating the impact of environmental scanning and integration ability on exploratory innovation.Tax policy support has a positive effect on exploratory innovation and a positive moderating effect on the relationship between the emphasis of financial orientation strategy and exploratory innovation.The research conclusions not only promote and enrich the research on organizational foresight,strategic focus,tax policy support and dual innovation,but also provide theoretical guidance for xi ’an science and technology enterprises to promote their exploratory level through various strategic elements.
