| Culture and creativity are the core factors of the connotation of cultural and creative industry.The investment in intangible assets such as culture and creativity is used to achieve the creative production of intellectual products.The application and transfer of intellectual property rights can enhance the radiation range and influence of the industry,enhance the circulation of creative elements and the ability to restructure related industries,and promote the adjustment and optimization of traditional industrial structures.In other words,the cultural and creative industries show obvious characteristics of creativity,permeability,inclusiveness and high added value.As a traditional industry,the garment industry has encountered bottlenecks in recent years.It is of great practical significance to promote the integrated development of the garment industry and cultural and creative industries.After more than 20 years of development,the garment industry in Jilin Province has made great progress.The garment manufacturing system is becoming more and more perfect,the level of production and manufacturing is improving,and the OEM business is becoming saturated.However,there are still some outstanding problems,such as the garment industry chain is imperfect and the lack of clothing pre-order industry support;clothing homogenization competition and vicious competition,and weak brand awareness;the less attention to the apparel industry of government,and the weak influence of industry associations;labor costs are rising and brain drain is serious.Affected by the new coronal epidemic,the escalation of trade friction between China and the United States,the appreciation of the RMB,and the downward pressure on the economy,the apparel industry in Jilin Province has shown trends such as severe inventory,intensified homogeneous competition,declining profits year by year,vicious competition in the low-end market and so on in recent years.At present,the integrated and development of cultural creativity and design services with related industries has become an important trend in China’s industrial development,which requires Jilin Province’s garment industry stakeholders to review the situation and seize the opportunity.Therefore,this article explores the strategies of adjusting and developing the garment industry structure in Jilin Province from the perspective of cultural creativity.This article is divided into five chapters.Chapter one is the introduction,which systematically explains the background,purpose,significance,content,method and someinnovations of this article.Chapter two uses the literature survey method to define the concepts of cultural and creative industry,garment industry,clothing industry structure,and provides a basic interpretation of the theory of industrial integration,industrial cluster,industrial transfer.Chapter three combines the survey results of field visits to Hangzhou and Keqiao of Zhejiang,Nanjing and Wuxi of Jiangsu,and Jilin provinces with relevant apparel companies,scientific research institutions,and apparel association chambers of commerce.And makes a regional comparison of the garment industry based on the perspective of cultural creativity,which compares the development status of the garment industry in Jiangsu and Jilin provinces,the production and operation environment in Zhejiang and Jilin province,the brand construction in Zhejiang and Jilin province,and the technology innovation ability in the state of NEW YORK and Jilin province.And on this basis,draw the corresponding enlightenment,that the key to the adjustment of the garment industry structure is that the government,the "slicing" of the value chain is extremely important and should focus on the cultivation of garment talents.Chapter four,based on the regional comparison of Chapter three,and combined with the actual situation of Jilin Province,provides suggestions for the development of the garment industry in Jilin Province from the perspectives of enterprises,governments,industry associations and research institutions.That is,implement brand strategy and accelerate industrial agglomeration,play the role of the government and create a service-oriented government;play the role of the bridge association of the Garment Association to strengthen the service function;attach importance to the training of talents,and promote the integrated development of production,study and research.Chapter five summarizes the research content: One is the gap between the garment industry in Jilin Province and the developed areas of the garment industry in Jiangsu Province,Zhejiang Province,and New York State is large;Two is Compared with Zhejiang,Jiangsu Province and so on,the funding for cultural and creative industries of Jilin is obviously inadequate,especially in the textile and apparel industries;Three is the innovation capabilities and professionalism of employees affect the adjustment of the garment industry structure and the core factor of clothing creative industrial development;Four is the diverse culture in Jilin Province is the key to the future development and prosperity of the garment creative industry. |
