An Empirical Study On The Impact Of Urban Administrative Level And Industrial Structure Upgrading On Urban Comprehensive Carrying Capacity In China

At present,China's urban population has surpassed that of the rural population,and the city has become an environment for more people to live and learn.With the continuous growth of urban population,limited public resources have become a major obstacle to urban development.Urban disease has become an important problem faced by most cities,so that we have to think about the problem of urban load capacity.Based on this background,based on the five elements of urban comprehensive carrying capacity,namely,the land carrying capacity,the population bearing capacity,the social carrying capacity,the environmental carrying capacity and the traffic carrying capacity,this paper explores the influence and mechanism of the urban administrative level and industrial structure upgrading on the comprehensive carrying capacity of China's cities.By discussing the logical evolution between urban administrative level,industrial structure upgrading and urban comprehensive carrying capacity,the urban administrative level,as a government intervention force,can bring more political resources,economic resources,human resources and public service resources to the city,which provides a better development environment for urban development.The specialization of labor distribution,the reset of production factors and the effect of industrial spillover will bring the opportunity for the promotion of the comprehensive carrying capacity of the city.The urban administrative level and the upgrading of the industrial structure contribute to the promotion of the comprehensive carrying capacity of the city under the dual regulation of the government and the market.Through the analysis of the action mechanism,the higher the urban administrative level,the greater the urban comprehensive carrying capacity;the upgrading of the industrial structure will promote the promotion of the urban comprehensive carrying capacity;the coordination of urban administrative level and industrial structure upgrading will have three research hypotheses,such as the direct impact of the urban comprehensive carrying capacity.Through the construction of the urban comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation model and the urban comprehensive bearing capacity index model,the comprehensive carrying capacity index of the city is calculated,and 288 sample cities,such as the positive ministerial City,the sub provincial city,the hall level city and so on,are tested in a total of three samples.The test result is basically consistent with the hypothesis,and three main conclusions are drawn.First,the urban administrative level has a positive correlation with the urban comprehensive carrying capacity,that is,the higher the city level,the greater the urban comprehensive carrying capacity;second,the upgrading of the industrial structure will promote the promotion of the urban comprehensive carrying capacity;third,the synergy between the urban administrative level and the upgrading of the industrial structure is to the city complex.The combined bearing capacity has a direct impact.Finally,according to the existing problems,the rationalization proposals to improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of the city are put forward.
