With the improvement of people's living standards,the service industry has played an increasingly important role in China's national economy.The rapid development of the service industry has made the service industry supply chain one of the hot research areas.Coupled with the logistics service supply chain is an important branch of the service supply chain,so how to fully and reasonably evaluate the logistics service supply chain has become an important issue to be solved in the logistics service supply chain.This article uses the local theory originated in our country--Extenics to expand the analysis of logistics service supply chain performance evaluation indicators,and then build an extension evaluation model of logistics service supply chain performance consistent with the economic characteristics of the new era.First,based on the existing research results,this paper combines the characteristics of logistics supply chain,defines its concept,analyzes the structure,characteristics,and management activities of the logistics service supply chain;and then uses the principle of matter-element extension,from customers and logistics.The three aspects of service capability and collaborative development capability are taken into consideration to analyze and expand the influencing factors of logistics service supply chain performance.Two new indicators of "three wastes processing capacity" and "green competitiveness" are developed based on the economic characteristics of the new era,aiming at promoting China's The service supply chain better implements innovation,coordination,green,open,and shared development concepts.Second,this paper constructs an evaluation model of logistics service supply chain based on extenics.The traditional evaluation methods can not clarify the relationship between indicators,it is difficult to explain the principle of factor activity.In this paper,Extension evaluates this new multi-data quantitative decision-making method applied to the logistics service supply chain performance evaluation.This method constructs the correlation function between the index and the evaluation level,and displays the correlation between the result and the evaluation level by the degree of relevance.The relationship,thus determining the evaluation level,can better reflect the performance of each link of the logistics service supply chain,supply chain evaluation indicators and the overall performance of logistics service supply.Finally,the above-mentioned analysis model is used as a research basis to empirically analyze the logistics service supply chain of S company.Under the premise that the evaluation index system has been established,using the matter element extenics evaluation model,the company's logistics service supply chain performance is evaluated.The evaluation results suggest that in order to improve the performance of the S company's logistics service supply chain,improvements can be made from the following three aspects: strengthening the construction of informationization level,raising awareness of green development,and establishing a good collaborative development relationship with the upper and lower node companies.These measures are applicable to the market.Similar companies offering logistics services are also applicable.
