Research On Service Supply Chain Flexibility Evaluation Based On Extension Theory

Driven by information technology,global manufacturing has set off a wave of large-scale manufacturing upgrades,such as the US "Industrial Internet",Germany's "Industrial Strategy 2030","Made in China 2025",etc.,and the production methods are constantly upgrading,manufacturing It has begun to transform into a manufacturing service manufacturing industry,forming a more close network of economic contacts around the world,and the competition and cooperation between enterprises and enterprises has become more complicated.Corresponding to the traditional manufacturing supply chain began to gradually transform into the service supply chain.Under this trend,there are many aspects of the service supply chain operation considerations.Flexibility is an important consideration.At present,there is a lack of literature on systematic and comprehensive research on supply chain flexibility,which constitutes the research background of this paper.In recent years,black swan incidents have occurred frequently,and the entire external economic and political environment has become more uncertain.The development environment of the supply chain economy is increasingly unpredictable,and the information transmission between enterprises becomes so mixed that it is difficult to process,process and identify.The enterprises in all aspects of the supply chain reflect the environmental changes to a large extent.The impact of the way and means of information transfer depends on the level of flexibility of the supply chain.Improving the flexibility of the supply chain is an important way to improve the efficiency and quality of supply chain operations,and is also a key means to deal with unpredictable environmental changes.Supply chain flexibility helps companies identify external uncertainties and make corresponding countermeasures to develop and form a good and stable competitive advantage.Based on the research results of supply chain flexibility evaluation at home and abroad,this paper uses the extension transformation method in Extenics to extend the traditional flexible evaluation index system and construct a flexible evaluation index system for service supply chain.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional service supply chain flexible evaluation method,the objective and fairness are insufficient.In this paper,the relevance function method of extension set theory in extenics is used to conduct a more objective and comprehensive evaluation of the flexibility level of the service supply chain.Finally,the author chooses the automobile service supply chain as a representative typical case in the service industry for empirical analysis.The research results show that the professional service supply chain operation mode is more suitable for the current situation of the development of the service industry in China.At the same time,it pays attention to information screening;processing and the establishment of flexibility of cooperation partners;and improving the efficiency of upstream raw materials and resource transportation and distribution.It is the key to improving the flexibility level of the service supply chain.
