International Logistics Service Supply Chain Risk Evaluation Index System

With development of globalization, international logistics plays a key role in the respect of global resources allocation in recent years. However, it's worthy to think over such a problem how to extend limited capacity of logistics to each corner of the world.Until now; those all noted companies own extensive transportation net and strong capital strength. Faced with such a fierce circumstance, Chinese middle and small enterprises have to resort to all kinds of cooperation, only in this way, they can make up the defect of capital and capacity.Thus, and how to solve the problems and avoid risks triggered by logistics service supply chain is necessary.Combined with current conditions of international logistics firms, this paper focus on several aspects of problems as follows:1) The paper defined the definition and concepts of supply chain of international logistics service, and proposed structure of supply chain of international logistics service, analyzed the corresponding feature of structure. Finally it contrasts the differences between two business models.2) In practical research, seventeen risk links exist in the international logistics service. According to practical risks, a form of risk factors is applied, defining characters of supply chain of international logistics service, which lays a foundation for constructing of indicator system.3) Indicator system for evaluating risk factors of supply chain of international logistics service is ensured. All kinds of index distribution is acquired by questionnaire surveys. Clustering method is applied to risk factors and the type of risk is confirmed.4) After building the index system, the paper chooses entropy method to calculate the weight of different index.5) According to the weight of index, important index is clear and some advices are proposed.
