| As a big country with poor population in the world,anti-poverty has always been the focus of our country's economic development.Since 1986,China has adopted a series of major measures to promote poverty alleviation.In order to speed up poverty alleviation and reduce the gap between the rich and the poor,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China formulated the "poverty alleviation and development of rural China in 2010"(2010-2020)and tourism development is proposed for the first time as a means to promote poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas.Guangxi rock desertification concentrated poverty stricken area is one of the 14 concentrated poverty stricken areas in China,it is also one of the most serious areas of rocky desertification in China and one of the most prominent areas of poverty,and the ecological problems and poverty have become two major obstacles restricting the development of the local.Though in recent years,with the targeted poverty alleviation China's precision poverty alleviation and many other policies to alleviate poverty,the level of local economy has been promoted rapidly.However,due to the constraints of various conditions,such as the difference of resource endowment,the level of economic development,the stage of poverty alleviation and development,and the policy of economic development,the county tourism poverty alleviation efficiency differences within the area has become a common phenomenon.Therefore,it is of strategic importance to take Guangxi rock desertification concentrated poverty stricken area as the research object to explore the spatial and temporal differentiation and development types of tourism poverty alleviation in Guangxi.Firstly,based on careful combing analysis of regional economics,tourism geography,statistics and other disciplines related to the theory of content,this paper analyzes the situation of tourism development and poverty alleviation in Guangxi's rocky desertification concentrated poverty stricken area which learning from the domestic and foreign related tourism poverty alleviation,tourism efficiency and tourism poverty alleviation efficiency research.Secondly,taking the county as the research unit,this paper construct the evaluation index system for the efficiency of tourism poverty alleviation in the Guangxi rocky desertification concentrated area.With the help of data envelopment analysis model(Data Envelopment Analysis,referred to as DEA)and ArcGIS analysis software,this paper also calculates the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the 22 counties in the area separately from longitudinal and transverse with the panel data from 2011 to 2015 as the foundation,and make a dynamic analysis of the efficiency of tourism poverty alleviation in the period of the calendar year with the Man Quist index(Malmquist Index,referred to as MI).The results of the study show that:The efficiency of tourism poverty alleviation in Guangxi rocky desertification area is generally high.The average MI of each county is 0.942,and it is in the state of decreasing efficiency.The counties with higher comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency are mainly distributed in areas where tourism resources are abundant,resources taste is high,and economic driving effects are significant,but Pure technical efficiency does not show obvious distribution characteristics.In the past 2011-2015 years,the comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency of county poverty alleviation did not show obvious spatial evolution characteristics.However,the counties with high scale and efficiency showed a certain degree of agglomeration in northern Guangxi,while the counties with poor scale efficiency mainly concentrated in Western Guangxi.According to the county tourism poverty alleviation efficiency value and the county scale,the county tourism development types are divided into "mature" and "growth","potential","backward" four types.Combining tourism poverty alleviation,tourism efficiency and spatial differentiation,this paper analyzes the efficiency of poverty alleviation in this area from a new perspective.To a certain extent,this research extends the research scope of tourism poverty alleviation and promotes the rational development and utilization of resources in the area,which has a certain scientific and reference significance forimproving the efficiency of tourism poverty alleviation in the study area. |
