A large number of studies have shown that letting employees participate in management is a feasible way to solve corporate governance problems.Employee participation in management is conductive to perfecting checks and balances and participating in corporate supervision.It is an institutional design for solving corporate governance dilemmas.In addition,with the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the survival and development of enterprises will increasingly rely on employees with knowledge and technology.The incentives for knowledge and technology employees are not limited to the level of compensation and benefits.These types of employees are more concerned with the need for self-realization,and the participation of employees in management is the most effective incentive.Therefore,how to make employees actively participate in corporate management activities and increase employee participation in management behavior is the focus of scholars.Studies have shown that differential leadership has an impact on employee behavior in the enterprise,and that employee participation in management behavior in the enterprise is of great significance to the organization of the enterprise or to the individual employee,so the difference in the Chinese cultural context How the style of leadership leadership affects employee involvement in management behavior is worth exploring.Therefore,based on social exchange theory,social identity theory and employee participation management theory,this paper introduces organizational identification as a mediator variable,and proactive personality as a regulatory variable to explore the influence of differential leadership on employee participation behavior in management through empirical research.This paper takes the employees of industrial and commercial enterprises as the survey object,a total of 551 valid questionnaires were collected in this paper.The empirical research results show that the differential leadership has a significant and positive impact on the employee participation behavior in management;the differential leadership has a significant and positive impact on the organizational identification;Organizational identification has a significant and positive impact on the employee participation behavior in management;Organizational identification plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between the differential leadership and the employee participation behavior in management;proactive personality plays a positive role in the relationship between the differential leadership and the employee participation behavior in management.Finally,based on the research results,this paper proposes some management suggestions for how to increase the employee participation behavior in management from the perspective of organizational managers.For example,to implement the differential leadership style,we need to grasp the degree of differentiated treatment for employees,find the dynamic balance of the differential leadership style;the leaders need to understand the difference between the insiders and the outsiders.Employees participate in different behavioral mechanisms of management behavior.For insiders and outsiders,they should use different incentive methods to encourage them to participate in corporate management activities according to their different interests.In addition,leaders should take measures to improve employees' recognition of the organization and cultivate and enhance employee initiative and increase their participation in management behavior.
