Research On Quality Optimization Of QFD/TRIZ Integration Model In The Internet Background

The Internet has not only changed the traditional market sales model and enabled many enterprises to transform and upgrade,but also greatly changed the consumer's thinking mode and consumption habits,thereby having an important impact on the overall socio-economic development.For many companies,keeping up with the times,grasping consumer demand,and striving to improve their competitiveness are the keys to long-term development.Faced with consumers' increasingly high requirements for product quality,companies have gradually transitioned from a price war mode that temporarily attracted customers to a product quality war mode with long-term benefits.Specific solutions to product quality optimization have different method models in academia.In the actual production process,various companies have also tried to adopt diversified methods to obtain the best among many choices.In order to obtain a more effective method for product quality optimization,this paper combines the Quality Function Deployment Theory(QFD)with the Invention Problem Solving Theory(TRIZ),and simultaneously obtains consumer needs in an innovative way to form a comprehensive consumer demand from a dual perspective.In order to make up for the limitations of their respective theoretical methods,a new integrated model was formed to provide a new guidance method for the company's product quality optimization.Finally,an empirical study of the model was conducted with J Company as an example to prove the validity and feasibility of the model establishment,and provided new ideas for the product quality optimization of low-temperature dairy products.The empirical research results show that the company J's comprehensive consumer needs include 7 items,and 6 pairs of technical conflicts and contradictions are obtained by constructing the house of quality.Using the TRIZ theory contradiction matrix table tool,6 main principles are selected to resolve the conflicts.The codes of the six principles are: 1,6,8,9,15,21 respectively.According to the specific content of the principle,six specific solutions were obtained.Therefore,the model can indeed guide the optimization of product quality,reduce the various costs of the enterprise,shorten the research and development cycle,improve the market acceptance,and have a good reference significance for the product quality optimization of other enterprises.
