The increasingly fierce competition between industries and the rapid changes in the market place higher requires companies to quickly find opportunities and respond flexibly to challenges. The principles of natural selection, the survival of the fittest makes enterprises must improve their competitive advantage, and in the cruel plunder only limited resources of the red sea market, all must depend on employees.Companies are demanding more from their employees, many of whom are suffering from emotional exhaustion as they work under heavy loads for a long time. They, losing interest and passion in work, could not reach the requirements of performance appraisal, choose to resign finally. This prevents the organization from functioning effectively and misses opportunities for growth.Along with the intellectual economy rising, the high commitment human resource as a comprehensive, scientific human resources management pattern began to the attention of entrepreneurs and scholars. At present, the research on high-commitment human resources in China is still in its infancy. However, existing studies have found that companies adopting the HCHRM model tend to exhibit a more harmonious labor-management atmosphere, and employees' work efficiency and emotional level are relatively high.Based on the characteristics of the HCHRM model, this article encourages companies to pay attention to of employees in the emotional state, and supports the emotional needs of employees from an organizational perspective, thereby forming a stable and long-term labor-management relationship.Perceived organizational support is the core mechanism between the HCHRM model and employees' emotional exhaustion, and HCHRM eases emotional exhaustion at work by making employees feel the care and help from the organization and further enhances employees' high commitment to organizational goals.Through combing the variables of HCHRM and emotional exhaustion in the related literature, using questionnaire surveys, and using Perceived organizational support as an intermediate variable, the effect of HCHRM on the emotional exhaustion was studied.First, this paper designs a questionnaire based on mature scales at home and abroad, issues questionnaires and collects valid data, and puts forward hypotheses for the relationship between variables based on the descriptive statistical analysis of the data.Secondly,we use spss22.0 software to carry out reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis on the data, and draw corresponding conclusions on the basis of testing related hypotheses. The research results show that the high-commitment human resource management model can enhance employees' perceived organizational support, and effectively alleviate employees' emotional exhaustion with work support and life support from the organization. It is recommended that companies implement the HCHRM model and not only supply material support, but also the emotional care of employees to improve the organizational support mechanism. This allows employees to maintain a high degree of commitment to organizational goals, guide employees to complete their work more efficiently and proactively, and achieve a win-win situation between employees and the enterprise.
