For a country,cultural power is an important part of a country's comprehensive national strength and competitiveness,and for enterprises,cultural construction is the key to their core competitiveness and vitality.The red gene,as a characteristic cultural bloodline of Chinese state-owned enterprises,is more and more important to be passed on and built in the current period.Based on the theory of red gene and corporate culture,this paper explores how to create a cultural system with "red gene" as the connotation,to lead the steady development of state-owned enterprise party building,to reveal the inner connection between red gene and cultural construction,and to focus on the integration and utilization of XZ red gene cultural resources.This paper comprehensively refers to the research results at home and abroad,around the direction of red gene and corporate culture construction,analyzes the research status of red gene connotation,red gene characteristics,five factors of corporate culture,McKinsey 7S structure,corporate culture measurement,etc.This paper takes XZ as the object of empirical test,introduces the current situation of corporate culture from four aspects of spirit,material,behavior and system of corporate culture construction,and analyzes the inextricable relationship between red gene and corporate culture construction.At the national level and the enterprise level,the concept of core competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises is introduced,and the mechanism of red gene culture on the development of enterprises is established.Through questionnaire and interview,using the theory of four levels of corporate culture,this paper has a deep understanding of the current situation and shortcomings of XZ company in the construction of red gene culture from four dimensions: spiritual level,institutional level,behavioral level and material level.By using ten steps of problem solving and fish bone diagram analysis,this paper summarizes the existing problems and deep reasons behind the problems in the construction of red gene culture in XZ company.Adhering to the principles of systematization,innovation,inheritance and human nature,and centering on the material layer,behavior layer,system layer and spirit layer,the paper systematically designs the construction and inheritance optimization strategies of red gene culture,and formulates the solutions to the problems existing in the construction of red gene culture.According to the solutions to the current problems,this paper constructs a set of red gene cultureevaluation system and its corresponding dynamic improvement mode of cultural construction from various aspects,describes a set of red gene culture employee performance evaluation system,and formulates a red gene culture planning and development outline,to ensure that red gene culture can be changed with the society and the enterprise We should improve,optimize and adjust in time for development.
