The Development Strategy Dilemma And Countermeasure Of The State-owned Enterprise Group In The Initial Stage

In recent years,with the rapid development of the market economy,the operating environment of state-owned public transport has changed dramatically,The rapid growth of private public transport companies has brought huge competitive pressure to state-owned public transport enterprises.However,the management of public transport enterprises lags far behind the ever-changing pace of industry development,especially the strategic management,and has become the bottleneck of the development of public transport enterprises to a certain stage.This paper takes GZPT group company as the research object,first introduces the theory of enterprise life cycle and enterprise strategic management;then based on the relevant data model and the results of PEST analysis,industry analysis and internal environment analysis,analyzes the enterprise life cycle positioning and SWOT strategic choice of GZPT group company.According to the research and analysis conclusion,this paper designs the data development strategy,platform development strategy,innovation driven development strategy,industry finance integration development strategy,talent development strategy for GZPT group company,and designs the corresponding guarantee measures for the implementation of strategic planning from four aspects: organizational structure,human resources,system mechanism,core competence,etc.This paper hope to provide suggestions for the sustainable development of GZPT group company,and also provide specific reference for other similar enterprise groups in the industry.
