| Real estate plays a crucial role in China’s national economy.Influenced by various factors in the process of development,there are still some problems,among which the most prominent one is financing.Financing difficulties,single financing channels and high financing costs will seriously hinder the healthy development of real estate enterprises.Therefore,based on the development needs,some enterprises began to gradually expand financing channels in order to guarantee the operation of enterprises through diversified financing.This paper takes huaxia happy real estate company as the research object,and analyzes the financing status and problems of the enterprise.In the financing process,China fortune fortune has some problems,such as too much reliance on trust financing,tight cash flow,long financing period,limited enterprise development strength,etc.The reasons for the problems are analyzed from both internal and external aspects.Based on analyzing the huaxia happiness diversified financing optimize motivation,from reducing our dependence on trust financing,innovation,diversified financing channels,optimize enterprise debt financing and reduce enterprise capital structure such as diversified financing costs for diversified financing scheme optimization and guarantee measures are put forward,at last,through financial data on the company’s diversified financing effect before and after optimization were analyzed.This paper aims at promoting diversified financing methods of real estate enterprises and providing reference for solving financing difficulties of real estate industry. |
