Study On The Industrial Adaptability Adjustment Of Jilin Province Under The Influence Of North Korea's Economic Policy

In recent years,the development of trade between the north Korea and China has maintained a momentum of rapid development,and China-North Korea relations have shifted from the former high priority on strategic security to the economic and trade development of the two countries.All this suggests that north Korea is paying more and more attention to its own economic development and is gradually trying to open up.At the same time,with the adjustment of the contemporary economic structure,while the state attaches great importance to the speed of economic development,it also gradually starts to pay attention to the adjustment and evolution of the industrial structure.Jilin province is adjacent to north Korea,and the development and opening of north Korea will inevitably have an important impact on the economy of jilin province.Jilin province needs to seize this opportunity,have a correct understanding of its own industries,make adaptive adjustments to the three major industries,and promote the common development of economy of jilin province and north Korea.Based on the theory of industrial structure adjustment,this paper studies the influence of the economic policy of north Korea on the economy of jilin province.However,this analysis method is not well targeted to the adjustment of industrial structure in jilin province.In order to solve this problem,on the basis of explaining the structure model,the analytic hierarchy process is adopted to further analyze the economic policy of north Korea,and the hierarchy and structure of the impact of north Korean economic policy on the industry of jilin province are clarified.Finally,combined with the different levels of north Korean economic policies and the development of jilin province's own economy obtained from the explanation of the structural model,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward for the adjustment of jilin province's industrial adaptability.For the primary industry,small and medium-sized enterprises can be encouraged to invest their mature processing technology and complete processing equipment in the agricultural market of the north Korea,change the agricultural development mode,accelerate the agricultural transformation and upgrading,and promote the new direction of agricultural informatization.With regard to the secondary industry,we should step up mineral projects in the form of compensation trade with the north Korea,promote independent innovation in the automobile industry,and promote the transfer of labor-intensive manufacturing to the north Korea.As for the tertiary industry,the rason economic and trade zone in north Korea is adjacent to the yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture in jilin province.Yanbian can improve the level of tourism,thus driving the whole jilin province and expanding the structural proportion of the tertiary industry.
