| In today’s era of fierce competition in the industry,"talent" has increasingly become a key factor in the internal competition of enterprises.Especially for the Internet this kind of high-caliber talents of the industry.However,with the increase of enterprises’ desire for talents,the war for talents is also quietly launched.In addition,the post-90 s knowledge workers are different from previous generations in thinking,so the turnover probability of younger employees is gradually increasing.Therefore,in view of this phenomenon,the author tries to find out the causes of this problem through semi-structured interview and empirical analysis,and from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative combination,and based on this,puts forward corresponding improvement Suggestions for enterprise human resources and management.Studies on dimission are relatively mature in foreign countries,while domestic studies on dimission started late and are mostly based on single or few dimission factors.This article first elaborates the research background and significance,at home and abroad in the hope to leave for theory and influence factors were summarized,In order to be able to more comprehensive look at industry turnover problems,the author into the Price model based on a certain foundation,and through in-depth interviews with industry employees,put forward the influence factors of employee turnover in the Internet industry,perfect the conceptual model,and through the existing basis to define the variable measurement subject.In terms of empirical study,the following conclusions were drawn through questionnaire distribution and spss22.0 software analysis: the following conclusions were obtained: the relative responsibility,opportunity and general training in the price model were removed;New workplace exclusion,organizational support,expectations and switching costs four variables.It also supports the action path of the undeleted variables in the original price model.In addition,it verifies that workplace rejection and organizational support influence the emergence of dimission intention through job satisfaction and organizational commitment.Expectations and switching costs directly affect turnover intention.Finally,according to the results of the empirical study,the author puts forward the corresponding employee retention strategies for the Internet industry,and summarizes the limitations and prospects of the research. |
